This baking mix is delicious as is and contains vegan organic chocolate and a sachet of linseeds which we use as our egg replacer. It also contains an extra two sachets to recreate our best selling raspberry and dark chocolate brownie, one of which is a raspberry powder to fold through the badass batter and then once baked sprinkle the sachet of dehydrated raspberries over the top of the baked deliciousness.

Serve at room temperature for the fudgiest badass experience, or warm gently in the microwave for 10–15 seconds. Pairs perfectly with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container for up to 14 days, or freeze for up to 12 months.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerate for up to 14 days. They also freeze beautifully for up to 12 months — just thaw at room temp before serving.

Yes! Every single brownie, blondie and baking mix we make is gluten-free. Always. Our kitchen is dedicated gluten-free and there's no chance of contamination. Our baking mixes have been lab tested and are crossed grain accredited by Coeliac NZ.

Our slabs measure 17cm by 27cm and are usually about 3-4cm high - depending on which flavour you order. Each slab yields 24 slices or 12 large slices.

We ship across New Zealand and generally despatch within 24–48 hours. Baked brownies are couriered Mon–Wed with an overnight courier, although rural delivery takes 2–3 days. We don't like to courier brownies from Thursday in case they get stuck in a depot over the weekend — they wouldn't be so badass then!

Baking mixes are couriered Mon–Fri. Weekend orders can be picked up from The Pantry, Riverside Market in Christchurch if we receive the order by midday Thursday.
