Blondies are the white chocoholic's version of a brownie. Filled with chunks of white chocolate that caramelises as it bakes, we thought that there was no improving on a classic blondie. That's until we decided to make a batch rippled with Barker's boysenberry filling.

We took one bite and were swept up in a storm of flavours – creamy white chocolate paired with the tart sweetness of the jam created a whirlwind in our mouths. We were so blown away that we couldn't keep this treat to ourselves. Order yours now!

Yes! Every single brownie, blondie and baking mix we make is gluten-free. Always. Our kitchen is dedicated gluten-free and there's no chance of contamination. Our baking mixes have been lab tested and are crossed grain accredited by Coeliac NZ.

We ship across New Zealand and generally despatch within 24–48 hours. Baked brownies are couriered Mon–Wed with an overnight courier, although rural delivery takes 2–3 days. We don't like to courier brownies from Thursday in case they get stuck in a depot over the weekend — they wouldn't be so badass then!

Baking mixes are couriered Mon–Fri. Weekend orders can be picked up from The Pantry, Riverside Market in Christchurch if we receive the order by midday Thursday.
